• Lucky Shamrock
Take home the luck of the Irish with your very own cast-glass shamrock. Make an impression in damp sand and sprinkle in your favorite color, then watch our Studio Team pour in some molten glass. You’ll soon have a new lucky charm, just in time for St. Patrick's Day! We have two sessions today, starting at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Check availability and signup online here. • Two-Day Workshop: Glass: Readymade Reincarnation
This is the second day of a two-day workshop where you will repurpose a common beer bottle into something uncommon and uniquely yours. Get a feel for the tools of the hot shop, then apply age-old techniques to transform an existing object that’s been preheated in the kiln. With a little imagination and lots of trips to the glory hole, reshape your piece into its next life, achieving glassmaking nirvana without using any new glass. The sessions run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, March 2-3. Sign up here. ($175 Members, $225 all others).

• Two-Hour Class: An Introduction to Glass Fusing
Create your own custom glass tiles or coasters! From design to cutting, from layout to firing in the kiln, our Studio staff will give you an overview of the fusing process. From 2-4 p.m. on selected Sundays, so you can come back again if you wish. You can sign up online here. ($40 Members, $60 all others).

• One-Day Workshop: Introductory Flameworking (Marbles and Beads)
From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, come learn the art of flameworking as you explore the process of bead and marble making. You can repeat the class for more practice (March 24, April 7, April 28). To sign up, click here. ($90 Members, $115 all others).
