Karol Wight, Executive Director,
The Corning Museum of Glass
The Corning Museum of Glass is a must-see destination for glass lovers thanks to its collection of 45,000 objects of glass. It's a highly respected teaching institution in glass arts, and is well-known for its Rakow Research Library and its Studio Glass Lab. Considering the interest in glass art in our region that's been generated by the Chrysler collection and the Chrysler glass studio, this is a timely visit on an important subject.
Cost: Free and open to the public, with preferred seating for NSA members. The Harrison Opera House is located at 160 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk
