Come join us for a reception to honor the Old Dominion University exhibition of works from the Chrysler collection, Making and Meaning, at the Baron and Ellin Gordon Art Galleries.

Making and Meaning is curated by ODU art historian and assistant professor Vittorio Colaizzi, and includes more than 30 works from the Chrysler Collection. Admission is free and the Gordon Galleries are open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and 1-5 p.m. on Sunday.

The exhibition features both renowned and lesser-known artists, as well as some atypical works by familiar names. Among the artists represented are Sally Mann, Alexander Rodchenko, Vija Celmins, Thomas Cole and Larry Clark.
