3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Our special sessions to create cast glass ducks, held in conjunction with the visit of Florentijn Hofman's Rubber Duck, proved to be so popular we're bringing them back for an encore.
The Glass Studio has added five more of these kid-friendly special sessions. You make the mold and add the decorations. Our professionals will handle the pouring of the 2,000-degree glass, but they'll also help you get a good picture of your pour. Sessions will be held:
• Saturday, June 14, at 3:30 p.m.
• Sunday, June 15, at 3:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, June 17, at 10 a.m.
• Friday, June 20, at 10 a.m.
• Tuesday, June 24, at 10 a.m.
Walk-ins are accepted on an available-space basis. To guarantee a spot, be sure to sign up online. It takes about 24 hours for the ducks to cool in the annealing oven, so you won't be taking them home with you that day.
Cost: $35 Museum Members, $45 all others.Import to Calendar RSVP Share
