Feldman Chamber Music Society Concert: Escher String Quartet

Since its formation in 2005, this ensemble has traveled world-wide and has collaborated with some of the top names in music, including Pinchas Zukerman, Itzhak Perlman, David Finckel, Leon Fleischer, Wu Han, Lynn Harrell, Cho Liang Lin, and Joshua Bell. A frequent collaborator on their tours has been guitarist Jason Vieaux.
The program will include Beethoven's Quartet No. 12 in E-flat, Op. 127; Webern's Five Pieces, Op. 5; and Debussy's Quartet in g minor, Op. 10. For more on their Chrysler appearance, click here. Doors open for a reception at 6:30 p.m., WHRO's Dwight Davis presents opening remarks at 7 p.m. and the concert begins at 7:30 p.m.
