2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Every day we're open we hold a Gallery Talk at 2 p.m. Today we're offering a special docent-led talk on Infinite Possibility, our exhibition of mirrored works by Monir Farmanfarmaian.

The Iranian artist studied and worked in the United States from the end of World War II to 1957 and made many contacts in the New York City art scene. She studied dance with Martha Graham, and hung out with Jackson Pollock, Willem de Kooning, and Larry Rivers. When she was making ends meet working in the Bonwit Teller advertising department, her co-worker and friend was Andy Warhol.

Gallery Talks are free. Meet up at the Welcome Desk.
