John Miller
Glass Studio Visiting Artist Series
An exhibition of the work of John Miller, an artist specializing in blown glass sculpture, was on view at the Chrysler Museum of Art in conjunction with his working visit to our Glass Studio.
Miller, who heads the glass department at Illinois State University, is famous for his large-scale recreations of diner and fast food staples. His work can be found in the collections of the Corning Museum of Glass; the Museum of Arts and Design, New York; and the Museum of Glass, Tacoma.
Examples of works that were part of his exhibition are shown at the bottom of the page. For more photos of him working live in our studio, click here.
