Summer Friday Films for Children
Second-Saturday Family Fests
Geared for pre-kindergarten children, this free program takes place on the first Thursday of every month at 11 a.m. Stories, songs, and surprises help young children appreciate art. This program is supported by Target. Space is limited to 35 participants per session, so please sign up at the Welcome Desk in advance of the program.
Please consult the calendar for this month's offerings.
On the second Wednesday of every month, Do You See What I See? takes families into the galleries to explore the Museum’s collection through dialogue and art activities. Children 6 and older and their adult companions are welcome. Each program starts at 6:30 in Huber Court at the Welcome Desk.
Summer Friday Films for Children is a program to encourage art appreciation and enhance understanding of the Museum’s collection, special exhibitions, and museums in general. Films include contemporary animation, live action, or classics. All films are shown on Fridays during the months of July and August at 10:30 a.m. and are followed by an activity. This weekly summer event is free!
Every second Saturday of the month, bring the entire family for music, art and fun afternoon activities throughout the Museum. These new monthly programs at the Chrysler are made possible by the generosity of Bunny and Perry Morgan.
