The Chrysler Museum of Art and its Glass Studio offer three options for educators and their students—a tour, a demo, or a combination of both. Each can be adapted for any age group or to relate to any subject matter, and each relates to Virginia State Standards of Learning (SCI5.4, SCI6.4, and PS2). Glass tours and demos also are appropriate for youth camps and adult groups.

All tours and demos are free. Available day and times for scheduling are listed below.

The Chrysler Museum of Art is home to one of America’s greatest comprehensive collections of glass. See highlights from antiquity to Tiffany to contemporary masters in a guided tour of less than an hour.

History and Science of Glass
