Friends of African-American Art
The Friends of African-American Art promote an understanding
and appreciation of African-American art through educational programs
and social events. The Friends of African-American Art are raising funds
to purchase a work of art by an African-American artist to add to the
Museum's Permanent Collection.
Programs and Events
• Lectures: The Friends of African-American Art welcome internationally
acclaimed artists and art experts to the Chrysler Museum to discuss their
work.
• Tours: The Friends of African American Art have the opportunity
