Open work back with floral-like carving at the joints. Back inset with leather panel with a man's face looking up at fruit and leaves (Adam?). Original leather seat with areas cut out to expose underlining now spoiled and dirty. Design of leaves and fruit on leather seat, legs and stretchers are shaped and carved like the back. Back is repaired in three places.
